Of this retro computer, the Commodore PET, CBM 8032, I have already made a couple of videos: when I bought it and when I tested it. The computer arrived from the United States, so it is powered by 110V alternating current. Of this computer, I really like the square style and... the sound of the keyboard keys! It arrived in the collection at the end of 2021.
The CBM 8032 is an 8-bit office computer, of the CBM 8000 series, manufactured by Commodore Business Machines between 1980 and 1982. Compared to the CBM 4000 series, which has a 40-column text monitor, the CBM 8000 series has a monitor with 80 columns.
The CBM8032 boot screen is very simple, showing only the Basic version (4.0) and the amount of RAM available (31743 bytes).
